During my time on the Service Cloud creative team, I had the opportunity to pitch an idea for a fun and informative video game. The idea was to create an engaging experience that explained how a Service product add-on worked. This experience needed to be for everyone, even if you had never used a Salesforce product. My idea was chosen by our partners and over the course of a year, through many changes, setbacks, and timing issues, we were able to debut Automation Agent at Dreamforce 2022. I developed the idea, created the storyboards, and worked with an outside agency to create the game.
